SEMINAR CALENDAR

Jude and I are really excited to introduce a new seminar with our good friends and partners Tim and Anita Beaumont at Beachwood Creek Farm in Fowler Ohio..... And its not too soon! We have been seeing a lot of people who do not yet own alpacas, newbies, plus even existing breeders, struggle with the concept of organising an alpaca farm business structure to cope with their emotional and financial attraction to farming alpacas. This seminar is aimed at not only giving people the chance to have professional help in structuring an alpaca business but also to understand the nature of running an alpaca farm. Attendees will see what world demand is and why alpacas are farmed. They will see how to identify the niches and opportunities in the business and how to use the generous tax laws to get the most benefit, They will but also see how to select and breed these rare and stoic camelids from South America.

THIS SEMINAR IS IDEAL FOR THOSE WHO HAVE NOT YET PURCHASED ALPACAS OR ARE CURRENTLY FORMING THEIR ALAPCA BUSINESS!

Participants will get the chance to hear tax advice from professionals like Nick Pici, from the reputable CPA firm of Dolan Group, of how best to take advantage of the nuances of the tax laws like Section 179 which gives substantial depreciation on the purchase of alpacas if you are running an alpaca business. Tim Beaumont, The Chief Credit Officer for First Place Financial Corp. will display his Alpaca Business Planner with case studies. World reknown alpaca judge Jude Anderson will conduct a clinic on alpaca selection and breeding systems to achieve the most from the niches that her husband Al Cousill identifies in the industry.

Dolan Group are offering free advice on the day along with Tim offering a business plan for each participant.

With Alan and Jude you will be listening to fifteen years experience of successful alpaca farming on two continents. They have mentored cleints all over the world into successful alpaca breeders. It has been their only source of income for ten years. Each participant to the seminar can get access to Jude and Al's Alpaca Gain Program whereby they can help improve your chances of success by annual classing of your herd

We also get to see a successful alpaca business model. In just four years Ben and Rainey Bowers have built up a thriving alpaca business with just a small herd. By choosing a niche, adopting a good business model and using branding and discerning breeding practises they have been able to capture the benefits of the generous taxation laws whilst making healthy profits. Ben is a controlling partner in Bowers Agency Insurance and offers insights that you can only get from an experienced campaigner. All speakers are alpaca owners.

Personalised meetings: Attendees can schedule a meeting with any of the hosts to talk in private about their individual situation. Many of these meetings can be held during the seminar and can be continued or started at a later date.
