I have been associated with Missy and her greater famliy since 2001. These alpacas are all about the future. They are very fine, not always dense but finess matters most in textiles. Her sire Peruvian Hemingway is the most famous huacaya herdsire in the US without match.
Missy has very good cria if well bred and this time we have gone to Snowmass Royal Accent to get the color which is very popular in the market place.
She is a very good mother and birther. Her fleece is magnificently soft and fine with high amplitude crimp and good brightness. She displays good coverage although we would like her to be denser and the breeding to Pure Luck should help that with the cria they conceive. See her 2007 fiber stat's for a micron of 20.6 at seven years of age!!!!
Her 2005 cria Kaila which is in this package is a good indicator of her ability to produce.
