They also promise to communicate and mentor these clients so that they may proceed to run successful alpaca farms and businesses." At Pucara International we assure you that all our transactions are covered by industry leading guarantees for health, fertility and birthing. We also pledge that the on farm care and management is carried out with the welfare of alpacas most in mind. As many of Pucara's clients will testify we often go beyond the word of our contracts to make things right. From replacing animals purchased site unseen over the web which did not meet clients expectations to giving replacement breedings for clients who lost a cria after the normal 48 hour live birth date we'll always try and make it right. Please take a look at the sample contracts below. Often we will modify a contract to a customers needs. With installment contracts we like to get a promissary note signed as well. Please note that with this installment contract it is the buyers responsibility to insure the alpaca in both the buyers and sellers name. With a cash contract it is up to the buyer to cover their purchase. We have contracts for for sale of unproven ( girls yet to have a baby often called amiden female if they are pregnant). A female that is too young yet to be bred would also be purchsed under one of these contracts. And of course we also have contracts for unproven and proven stud males, or herdsires as they are commonly known. Clients breeding to our stud males whether it is here on farm or a mobile breeding sign these contracts. In some cases on package deals we'll do installment contracts.
