Suri
Pucara Sur-real Elanora
This young female is the best deal on our sales list. We bred back in 2007 some of our very best females to suri herdsires that Jack and Kelly at Latah Creek owned. The plan was to breed the daughters from this breeding to Pucara Kahuna because the lines had not been brought together and as you all know Latah Creek dominated the suri classes for a long time especially the Inca lines.
So here we have a Ganador grand daughter Pucara Eve (one of our best) who's sire is Pucara Allegro ( his descendants dominated the Aussie show ring and still do ) that is bred to the most dominant suri line in the US show circuit, Peruvian (Accoyo) Inca. Now that female cria, Elanora, is ready to breed and altho Pucara Kahuna is closed to outside breedings he will be available for this breeding.
Elanora displays the suri fleece traits that we admire. She has independent locking, a soft slick handle, good density all reflected in a greasy luster. All of this is atop a sturdy well put together frame. She has been a treat to handle.
Just have a look at Pucara Rell Sun, a half sister from her mom Pucara Eve. She was a show ribbon winner with Kahuna as her sire. You need to breed Elenora to one ogf our kahuna sons like Hanapepe, a National Champion.
This is truly a discerning suri breeders choice.
