| Alice Lst year Tim, Jude and I were able to purchase a herd from our long time clients John and Janet Howard of Thorn Apple Farm. John decided to retire at 75 years of age. We sold him his core group of females from alpacas Jude and imported from Peru many bred to the Hemingway line. Alice is a daughter of one of the best females in that group Peruvian Chiclet who has produced Futurity Champions. Alice is also the daughter of Pachacuti who Alan selected off the Accoyo ranch in Peru. Alice displays all the qualities we admire in huacaya. She more than most has a uniformity for all traits although not being quite as fine as some others in the TAF herd. Her cria have been fabulous, see Kami, and she is a certain foundation female for the future. This breeding to Einstein should produce a very good cria. We dsaw several of " Albert's"cria at the TAF farm and they looked good. In fact his fleece was beautiful and id well in fleece competitions. Cannot wait to breed her to Snowmass Pure Luck
